Sunchang Cultural Center and Damyang Cultural Center have signed a memorandum of understanding for regional cultural development and cooperative partnership.

The two institutions held a signing ceremony at Damyang Cultural Center on the 12th to confirm their joint commitment to activating cultural exchanges between regions and strengthening cooperation. A total of 12 people, including officials from both cultural centers, attended the event.

This agreement aims to establish a foundation for mutual development through expanding cultural and artistic exchanges and linking regional cultural resources, as well as to build a sustainable cooperative system.

According to the agreement, the two cultural centers plan to collaborate in various fields such as expanding regional cultural and artistic exchanges, cooperating on regional studies, mutual visits and exchanges during major festivals, jointly attracting cultural projects, and cooperating on promotion and marketing, as well as sharing information and advice for activating local culture. In particular, they have decided to focus on discovering practical cooperative projects that residents can experience by linking each region's unique cultural resources.

Jeon In-baek, the director of Sunchang Cultural Center, stated, "This will be an opportunity to further solidify the cultural network between regions," and added, "We will actively cooperate to expand opportunities for residents to enjoy culture."

The two cultural centers plan to expand their cultural cooperation network through regular exchanges and joint projects in the future.
