Chonbuk University Alumni Association Delivers Scholarships to Young Adults Preparing for Independence

The Jeonbuk University Alumni Association delivered scholarships to self-reliant youth currently enrolled at Jeonbuk University on the 20th at the Jeonbuk Independent Support Agency. This support was arranged to help young people facing economic difficulties continue their studies stably.
The scholarships are provided up to a maximum of 8 million won (for 8 semesters) for freshmen, and up to 12 million won (for 12 semesters) for students in the medical field. At the event, Choi Byeong-seon, the chairman of the Jeonbuk University Alumni Association, and Hwang Cheol-ho, the director of the Jeonbuk Welfare Women's Health Department, attended and promised continuous support.
Chairman Choi Byeong-seon stated, "We will continue the scholarship program so that young people can pursue their dreams," while Director Hwang Cheol-ho emphasized, "We will strengthen the support system to help self-reliant youth grow stably."
Meanwhile, Jeonbuk Province is implementing various self-reliance support programs such as housing, economic, and psychological support for self-reliant youth.
