On the 21st, the Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education held a workshop at the Jeonju Peace Center for 100 newly appointed education research officers who were assigned as support directors for Neulbom Schools.

The workshop was organized to enhance the practical skills of the support directors who were placed in schools as of March 1st, and to share policies unique to Jeonbuk's Neulbom Schools, safety management measures, operational practices, and more.

The Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education emphasized the role of the support directors in the operation system of Neulbom Schools and their on-site settlement, as well as the importance of fostering a culture of cooperation with school members. Additionally, they plan to establish a network reflecting the scale and characteristics of schools and regions to support case sharing and community strengthening.

Furthermore, they plan to enhance the professionalism of the support directors by setting monthly research topics such as practical work and complaint handling, and developing local programs, and writing and sharing reports.

Oh Sun-hwa, the head of the Future Education Department, said, "The essence of Jeonbuk's Neulbom Schools lies in the support directors," and expressed hope that they would play a central role in collaborating with school members.
