The Jeonbuk Office of Education, the Jeonbuk Teachers' Labor Union, and the Jeonbuk branch of the National Union of Educational Workers will resume collective bargaining from the 27th.

This negotiation was initially suspended due to reasons such as the replacement of the union's executive body during the working-level consultation, but the resumption schedule was confirmed through recent consultations between labor and management.

In the negotiations, issues related to working conditions, such as improving teachers' working environment, will be discussed, and the Office of Education is known to be planning to adjust some provisions considering the efficiency of educational policies and administrative operations.

Meanwhile, the Jeonbuk Office of Education and the Teachers' Union plan to continue discussions on teachers' rights and ways to improve the educational environment through negotiations.
