The National Gugak Center (Director Kim Jung-hyun) will hold a regular Thursday performance, '2025 Gwanghallu Garden Concert,' starting in April at Wanwoljeong in Gwanghallu Garden, a cultural heritage site representing Namwon. This performance is expected to offer a special emotion by blending the charm of Gwanghallu and the beauty of traditional Korean music.

The 'Gwanghallu Garden Concert' begins with a solo instrumental piece called Sanjo, followed by Pansori Chunhyangga, which represents Namwon. The following Namdo folk song stage adds more traditional elegance, and the graceful folk dance and exciting Samulnori are performed for about 50 minutes.

A representative from the National Gugak Center said, "We are presenting a special stage where you can enjoy the beauty and excitement of traditional Korean music in the beautiful season at the historic Gwanghallu Garden," and asked for a lot of interest and visits, saying, "We have prepared so that anyone can enjoy the value and emotion of traditional culture."

Meanwhile, a promotional video for the Gwanghallu Garden Concert (produced in 2024), which allows you to feel the atmosphere of the performance in advance, is available on the official YouTube channel of the National Gugak Center.
