The Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education announced on the 2nd that they have developed and distributed the '2025 Vocational High School Employment Roadmap' to schools in the province to help vocational high school students systematically prepare for employment.

This roadmap is structured around the individual career goals and capabilities of students, focusing on key competencies for each stage such as career setting in the 1st year, self-development in the 2nd year, and practical employment in the 3rd year, and includes a total of 120 customized programs. The programs include AI-based job application document writing, on-site employment consulting, and support for acquiring qualifications.

To develop the roadmap, the Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education formed a TF team consisting of vocational high school vice principals and employment directors in January, and went through six meetings and reviews. The program operation will be carried out through cooperation between the employment consulting team and local job-related organizations.

The Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education plans to continuously analyze the results of the on-site application of the roadmap for ongoing improvements and enhancements. Moon Hyeong-sim, the head of the Creative Talent Education Department, stated, "We will expand substantial employment support policies to enable students to actively design and prepare for their careers."
