From the 7th to the 8th, Jeonbuk Education Training Institute conducted principal qualification training for 165 local elementary, middle, and special education vice principals and education professionals.

This training was designed with the goal of fostering future educational leaders, focusing on understanding educational policies, school management, and enhancing leadership skills. Participants engaged in various programs aimed at conflict management, communication, and improving problem-solving abilities.

In particular, lectures centered around case studies linked to Jeonbuk education's core policies received a great response.

Director Min Wan-seong stated, "This training is a process that goes beyond acquiring qualifications to present a new paradigm for school management," adding, "We will continue to provide training that can actively respond to changes in the future."
