The main contents include operating a human rights-friendly school, understanding the human rights aspect of school rules, dealing with cases of human rights violations among school members, and leadership in communication and mediation for educational community recovery. Alongside lectures, case-based workshops will also be conducted to strengthen practical leadership skills.

Center Director Kim Myung-chul stated, "The human rights sensitivity and practical skills of school administrators are the key driving force for transforming school culture," and expressed hope that through this training, they can contribute to creating an environment where respect is valued in education.
