Jeonbuk Hyundai Creates Branding Room for Nexon's 'FC Online Lounge'

A very special space has been created at Jeonju World Cup Stadium, the home stadium of Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors FC (hereinafter Jeonbuk Hyundai).

Jeonbuk Hyundai and Nexon Korea (co-CEOs Kang Dae-hyun and Kim Jung-wook, hereinafter Nexon) collaborated to create the 'FC Online Lounge' at Jeonju World Cup Stadium, where professional soccer and the online soccer game 'EA SPORTS FC™ Online' (hereinafter 'FC Online') can be enjoyed together.

The 'FC Online Lounge' is a branding room that has transformed the highest-grade spectator seats at Jeonbuk Hyundai, the Skybox, into a themed space for 'FC Online,' making it the first branding room in Korea to link professional sports and games.

The 'FC Online Lounge' branding room has been created with a trendy atmosphere that blurs the boundaries between esports arenas and real soccer stadiums. It is equipped with four PCs and broadcasting monitors, allowing visitors to enjoy 'FC Online' in real-time while also watching soccer matches, providing a unique and enjoyable experience.

To commemorate the creation of the 'FC Online Lounge,' Jeonbuk Hyundai conducted an opening event during the home game against Daegu on the 20th, where soccer influencer Chumen (Eastar) and fans enjoyed FC Online and watched the home game together.

In May, in celebration of 'Family Month,' an event titled 'Enjoying FC Online with Dad and Mom' will be held during the home game against Daejeon on May 6, inviting family fans.

Jeonbuk Hyundai plans to conduct various events in the future at the 'FC Online Lounge' branding room in collaboration with Nexon, where fans can enjoy Jeonbuk Hyundai's home games and FC Online together.

Furthermore, Jeonbuk Hyundai previously created the 'Hyundai N Lounge' as its first branding room in 2023 and plans to continue creating various branding rooms to establish numerous partnerships and expand fan experiences in the future.
