As part of the school violence prevention education on April 30th, Chang'o Elementary School in Gunsan, under the leadership of Principal Kim Yong-hoon, arranged a meeting with a graduate who is a former police officer to interact with the students.

The education session was conducted by Chief Lee Hee-chang, who is currently serving at the Seongsan Police Box in Gunsan. As a graduate of Chang'o Elementary School, Chief Lee started his lecture by saying, "Even small dreams are precious, but try to embrace bigger dreams. That dream could become hope for someone else."

Chief Lee shared the reasons and process behind his decision to become a police officer with the students, stating, "My dream grew bigger with the desire to help more people gradually." He then expressed to the students, "I hope you have big dreams that lead you towards the world."

The lecture transitioned into a question and answer session with the students beyond the formal lecture format. When a student asked, "What is the most important thing to achieve your dream?" Chief Lee replied, "Consistent effort, a determined mindset, a healthy body, and good character."

After the lecture, he emphasized, "This moment of returning to my alma mater is very meaningful," and added, "Regardless of what dreams you have, I hope you take steps towards those dreams one by one."

The school stated that this meeting served as an opportunity for the students to seriously contemplate their dreams and future career paths.
