The Wanju County Education Integrated Support Center (Director Lim Sung-hee) held a preliminary meeting for the "2025 Kwommer Dictionary" with local mentors, also known as "Kwommer" (a combination of "Kwomdae" and "mentor"), at the Local Brand Bonan Highri on the 9th.

This meeting was organized as a preliminary gathering to plan career education content and establish mutual networks based on the growth stories of mentors with diverse life trajectories. In particular, the meeting concluded with sharing growth messages that pass on the influences of one's childhood to the next generation through the recommended youth book "My Lime Orange Tree" and planting a lemon tree for one's current self.

Yang In (from the Future Education Policy Research Institute), who participated in the event, expressed, "It felt like the younger version of myself questioning the current me," and shared his hope that his life can be a warm comfort to his juniors.

A center official stated, "The center's career program aims to facilitate genuine encounters with youth through story-based mentoring, providing Kwommers with an opportunity to reassess their own lives," and added, "Through this meeting, we plan to expand the diversity and depth of career education."

Meanwhile, the program "Accidental Kwommer's Hidden Masters" started in 2014 with "Masters of Life," linking the life stories of local adults to youth career education. It has been operating in various forms since 2020 as a representative project of the center, aiming to expand its scope.
