The coaching staff of partner club PSV Eindhoven visited Jeonbuk Hyundai Motors FC (Chairman Lee Do-hyun, hereinafter Jeonbuk Hyundai).

As part of the European advanced football education program for youth team development, Jeonbuk Hyundai will once again host the PSV coaching staff from the 29th of this month until the 10th of next month to conduct special coaching sessions.

This year, the coaching will be expanded to include not only the youth team but also the N team, providing opportunities for education, exchange, and experience.

Since 2023, Jeonbuk Hyundai has been collaborating with PSV, inviting PSV coaching staff to Korea and sending youth team players and coaches for on-site training in the Netherlands for the third consecutive year.

The visiting coaching staff this time includes Eser Elmali, Set Pieces and GK coach, Tom van den Hurk, Conditioning coach, and Alexandre Sacha Rilhas, Tactical coach, who will dedicate about two weeks to the growth of Jeonbuk Hyundai's youth team and N team.

PSV, a prestigious European club that led the Eredivisie (the top-tier Dutch professional football league) last year, is renowned for player development.

Jeonbuk Hyundai's youth team will also participate in the "Otten Elite Cup 2025" hosted by PSV in August, competing against top European teams to gain international experience.

In addition to the tournament participation, in October, youth team players and coaches will be dispatched to PSV's youth team for overseas training, coaching, and firsthand learning experiences.

Jeonbuk Hyundai Chairman Lee Do-hyun stated, "I believe that continuous education and ongoing support are the keys to success in the growth of the youth team," adding, "We will continue to focus on growth rather than just results and do our best to realize Jeonbuk Hyundai's youth development philosophy."
