Through this agreement, the two organizations agreed to collaborate in various areas such as supporting education and program operations related to disability welfare, jointly developing and operating programs and diverse content for people with disabilities, providing financial and operational support for related programs and events, recruiting participants, and promoting programs.
Professor Lee Sun-hee from the Social Welfare Counseling Department at Jeonju Technical College stated, "This agreement is an important step towards the substantial development of disability welfare within the local community," adding, "I hope it will broaden students' awareness of disability rights and welfare and provide them with practical experience."
Choi Chang-hyun, the representative of the Disability Rights Solidarity Association, described the 'Ttabak Cafe' as a symbolic space that goes beyond simply providing jobs for disabled individuals, aiming to realize their independence and social participation within the local community.
