On the afternoon of the 24th, the Disability Rights Alliance and the Korean Physical Therapy Association Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Branch signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) at 'Ddabak Cafe' located on the 2nd floor of Jeonju Food Hyocheon Direct Store in Hyoja-dong, Jeonju.

The signing ceremony was attended by representatives from both organizations including Choi Chang-hyun, President of the Disability Rights Alliance, Im Mi-ra, Director, and Kim Dong-bok, Manager, as well as Yang Young-sik, Chairman of the Korean Physical Therapy Association Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province Branch, and Policy Vice-Chairman Kang Tae-woo, who discussed mutual cooperation measures and signed the agreement.

The two organizations had previously established a connection through the participation of physical therapists as volunteers in the 'Splash Splash' relaxation support program for families with disabilities conducted by the Disability Rights Alliance last year. They have pledged to continue supporting this program this year and expand their cooperative relationship based on mutual trust and solidarity.

Through this business agreement, the two organizations have agreed to collaborate on activities such as promoting joint projects for the enhancement of disability rights and welfare, joint development and operation of programs and content for people with disabilities, financial and operational support for programs and events, as well as recruitment of participants and volunteers, and program promotion.

Choi Chang-hyun, President of the Disability Rights Alliance, expressed, "It is meaningful to gather strength to allow people with disabilities and their families to enjoy a better daily life and rest." Yang Young-sik, Chairman, also stated, "I hope that this will be a good opportunity for physical therapists to contribute to local community welfare with professionalism and warm hearts."
