The Jeonbuk Provincial Office of Education is holding a training session to enhance the capacity for college entrance guidance for third-grade homeroom teachers and college entrance counselors at high schools.
The Education Office announced on the 24th that the "2026 College Entrance Guidance Capacity Enhancement Training for College Entrance through Regular Admission" will be conducted at the Changjo Narae Audiovisual Room starting from 7 p.m. on the 27th. About 360 teachers who have completed pre-registration are expected to attend this training.
The lecture will be conducted by Kim Jin-seok, a representative lecturer on admissions information from EBSi (Educational Broadcasting System), who will provide detailed guidance on regular admission support strategies and admissions information for third-grade homeroom teachers.
For teachers who cannot attend the training in person, the Education Office plans to provide training videos. One week after the training, the content will be uploaded to the "Jeonbuk Education College Entrance Information TV" YouTube channel for anyone to watch.
Choi Eun-i, the head of the secondary education department, stated, "We will do our best to provide tailored information and on-site support to enhance teachers' capacity for college entrance guidance in line with changes in the college entrance system."
