The '2025 Rural Leader Unity Competition' hosted by the Mujoo County Rural Leader Association was successfully held on the 24th at Soi Naru Park in Mujoo-eup.

This event, organized by the Mujoo County Rural Leader Association, aimed to strengthen the bond among members and enhance the pride of rural leaders. Around 300 people, including Hwang In-hong, the mayor of Mujoo County, Oh Kwang-seok, the chairman of the county council, and members, attended the event.

In particular, the Gijang County Rural Leader Association (Chairman Jung Jin-ho), which has a sisterhood relationship, also participated, adding to the significance of the exchange. Participants enjoyed traditional folk games such as kicking a shuttlecock, throwing rings, and playing yut together after the commemoration ceremony, fostering a harmonious atmosphere.

Yoo Jong-seok, the chairman of the Mujoo County Rural Leader Association, emphasized, "The center of agriculture is our rural leaders," and urged, "Let's make more efforts for the agricultural development of Mujoo and Gijang County."

Mayor Hwang In-hong expressed his hope that the event would be an opportunity to share the difficulties of rural life and strengthen unity, saying, "I will actively support the activities of the leaders who are the core subjects of local agriculture."

Currently, the Mujoo County Rural Leader Association has 369 active members who are working hard to improve the rural environment through activities such as collecting empty pesticide bottles and crushing agricultural produce waste.
