Kunsan University to Operate 'Healthy Country Experience Trip' for Children to Experience World Food Culture

National Gunsan University announced on the 27th that the Gunsan City Children and Social Welfare Meal Support Center, which is being entrusted and operated by Gunsan City, will be running a four-day experiential activity program called 'Healthy Country Experience Trip' for children until the 28th.

This program will take place at the indoor gymnasium of National Gunsan University and is designed as an experiential educational activity where children can learn about the food cultures of various countries through play under the theme of 'Yum Yum! Global Village Food Journey'.

The main experiential booths include ▲Quick Cooking! Safe Delivery! Strong Chinese Restaurant (China) ▲Ethiopia with Coffee Beans, Kong Kong Kong! (Ethiopia) ▲Hello! Little Indian (USA) ▲Chef Bambini's Kitchen (Italy), allowing children to directly experience a variety of foods and cultures from different countries.

A center official stated, "This program is designed for children to naturally encounter global food cultures, fostering multicultural sensitivity and promoting awareness of healthy eating habits together," adding, "We will continue to create a safe and healthy eating culture through various educational activities in the future."

Meanwhile, the Gunsan City Children and Social Welfare Meal Support Center, operated under the delegation of National Gunsan University, actively promotes support projects for safe meal environments targeting vulnerable groups such as childcare centers and social welfare facilities without nutritionists.
