- Wanju Education Integration Support Center holds an explanatory meeting for diversification and specialization of village education -

On the 27th, Wanju Education Integration Support Center (Director Lim Seong-hee) held a "2025 Village Instructor Capacity Enhancement Support Project Explanatory Meeting" at Wanju Family Culture Education Center Family Hall at 5 p.m.

The meeting was conducted for about 60 village instructors from 30 organizations actively engaged in local village education activities.

The project aims to expand the scope and professionalism of village instructors, as well as to enhance the development and operation of various village education programs to activate village education. Through the meeting, information on support application procedures, support areas, usage criteria, support fund disbursement, monitoring, and result reporting for the overall project was provided.

The meeting started with registration at 5 p.m., followed by sharing of the 2024 operational results, guidance on the 2025 support direction, and a question-and-answer session. Participants are expected to submit support applications from June to July, undergo evaluation, and receive support funds.

This project particularly focuses on preventing the outflow of local instructors to other regions and strengthening the sustainable operation system of village education programs. It holds significant meaning in promoting the substantial growth of the village education community through capacity development and support for instructor growth and expanding community participation.

The center stated, "For village education to be sustainable, it is essential for the human resources of the region to settle and grow within the region," and expressed hope that through this explanatory meeting, village instructors can participate in educational activities with a clear direction and motivation.
