The National Gugak Center (Director Kim Joong-hyun) will be running a second half of the year program titled "Rest for Me, Gugak Meditation for 2025" from the 19th to the 27th. This program, taking inspiration from the lives and wisdom of Joseon kings, combines traditional elements such as O-bangsaek (five colors), fragrance, gestures, Gugak melodies, and various meditation techniques to provide modern individuals with a time for healing and introspection.

The Gugak Meditation for the second half of the year will be held a total of four times on late Friday afternoons and early Saturday mornings. On the 19th at 7 p.m., a meditation focusing on Dalhangari and reaching a state of selflessness will be conducted in "Sejong's Gestures," while on the 20th at 7 p.m., "Jungjo's Fragrance" will continue with meditation using the Hwalinsimbang breathing method and movement.

On the 26th at 7 p.m., "Taejo's Sound" will feature a meditation reinterpreting Ganggangsullae, and on the 27th at 7 p.m., "Yeongjo's Colors" will offer an emotional meditation utilizing O-bangsaek. Each session will be enhanced by traditional Gugak performances such as Cheongseongok and Cheonnyeonmanse.

An official from the National Gugak Center stated, "We hope this Gugak Meditation will provide an opportunity for rest and contemplation to tourists and citizens visiting Namwon," urging participation.

The Gugak Meditation will take place in the lobby and Heungbumaru of the National Gugak Center, with a capacity of 20 participants per session on a first-come, first-served basis. Participation is free, and applications can be made through the National Gugak Center's website.
