According to the Nulbom Project Team at Jeonju National University of Education (Director Choi Gyeong-eun), this second-year training program was newly designed based on the guide for the Ministry of Education's Nulbom School instructor training program, which was completely revised and improved in terms of existing educational programs, content, and structure, taking into account the results of the first-year training operation.

It is divided into two elective courses for lower grades and higher grades according to students' developmental characteristics, with a total of 13 sessions including classes and evaluations strategies for each [including one non-face-to-face session].

The advanced course has been diversified by restructuring the 18 areas of the 5 fields from the first year into 16 courses in 7 fields [physical education, cultural arts, humanities and social sciences, creative science, climate environment, social emotions, curriculum education].

In the basic course (12 hours), sharing educational cases such as relevant curriculum education, textbooks, teaching theories, and programs applicable to lower-grade and higher-grade students in the field, and lesson plans, with an emphasis on fostering participants' background knowledge.
