Jeonju National University of Education (President Park Byeong-chun) announced that as part of the 2025 National University Development Project, they will be conducting a winter break psychological special lecture titled 'Mind Care, 休 [SELF-UP: Understanding Myself]' to enhance self-awareness and emotional well-being of students.

The purpose of this program is to help students lead a healthier university life by identifying individual temperament and stress vulnerability factors. Participating students will undergo psychological tests from January 5th to 9th, followed by the first session on January 13th titled 'Self-understanding and self-acceptance using TCI temperament online test' and the second session on January 14th, a non-face-to-face special lecture on 'Learning stress management for oneself through IESS stress test'.

Applications are open until January 2nd, and any current student at Jeonju National University of Education can participate.

President Park Byeong-chun expressed his hope that the process of reflecting on one's inner self as the year ends and preparing for the new year will be a valuable time. He also stated, "We will continue to operate psychological and emotional support programs in the future."
