North Jeolla Hyundai's N team has completed the formation of a new coaching staff led by coach Kwon Soon-hyung and is now fully immersed in preparing for the upcoming season.
Coach Kwon Soon-hyung (39), the newly appointed commander of the N team, is a veteran midfielder with a strong backbone from his playing days in the K League.
After graduating from Korea University, he showcased excellent game management skills while playing for teams such as Gangwon FC, Jeju SKFC, and Seongnam FC.
After retiring as a player, he served as the U15 coach for Seongnam FC starting in 2024, proving his coaching abilities. He is evaluated as a suitable candidate to lead the transformation of the N team based on his youthful sensibility and leadership.
A coaching staff to assist Coach Kwon Soon-hyung has also been formed.
Coach Jung Da-hoon (37), a midfielder and defender with rich experience from various K League clubs including FC Seoul, Jeju SKFC, Gyeongnam FC, and Gwangju FC, will pass on his practical experience to the players.
In the goalkeeper position, Coach Hwang Hee-hoon, who coached the A team goalkeepers this season, will take on the comprehensive coaching role for both the N team and the youth team.
To ensure systematic player management, Coach Lee Jung-woo (32), who previously worked as a physical coach for Jeonnam Dragons' youth team, will also join the staff.
North Jeolla Hyundai stated, "We expect Coach Kwon Soon-hyung, who has been known for his diligence and leadership since his playing days, and experts in each field to create the best synergy," and expressed their commitment to providing full support to show the fans a growing football team.
Coach Kwon Soon-hyung said, "The role of North Jeolla Hyundai N team is to nurture valuable assets for the future," and expressed his determination to do his best so that N team players can grow well at North Jeolla Hyundai and become the foundation of the team.
Meanwhile, the completed N team coaching staff will depart for winter training in Bali, Indonesia on January 13 to prepare for the upcoming season.
