The National Gugak Center (Director Kim Joong-hyun) is publicly recruiting performers for the fully staged performance of "Sori Pan" at the Pansori Madang in 2026.

Applicants must be performers who can fully stage one of the five basic Pansori stories, aged 19 or older (born before December 31, 2007), and through the selection process, 5 performers will be chosen to receive stage operation support and performance fees.

The application period is from the 14th to the 16th until 1 p.m., and applications can only be submitted via email (nice12s@korea.kr).

The National Gugak Center's representative planned performance "Sori Pan" has been ongoing since 2020, and to aid audience understanding, supplementary materials will be produced and provided. The 2026 performance will be held at the National Gugak Center Yeumheon from April 18 to November 21, featuring a guest singer performance (1 show) and the fully staged performances by selected performers through the open call (5 shows), totaling 6 performances.
