Jeonbuk University's Lifelong Education Center (Director Hwang Gap-yeon) will be recruiting students for the first semester of the 2026 academic year from February 2nd to 13th. The courses will run from March 3rd to June 22nd.

This semester, a total of 187 courses will be offered in six departments including education welfare, lifestyle culture, sports health, language, arts, and vocational education. Apart from some courses, there will also be an 'honorary student program' where participants can audit undergraduate courses at Jeonbuk University.

Any adult in the Jeonbuk region can apply for courses, and applications can be submitted through the Lifelong Education Center's website (https://cec.jbnu.ac.kr), by phone (063-288-0022), or in person (13 Hyeonmu 2-gil, Wansan-gu, Jeonju).

Director Hwang Gap-yeon stated, "We will take the lead in creating an environment where anyone, anytime, and anywhere can learn, contributing to the realization of a local lifelong learning community."
