전북교육청은 28일부터 30일까지 국립군산대학교에서 ‘서·논술형 평가문항 개발 선도교원 양성 연수’를 실시한다고 25일 밝혔다.
이번 연수는 서·논술형 평가에 대한 교사의 실천 역량을 강화하고, 교과별 평가문화 개선을 주도할 선도 교원을 양성하기 위해 올해 처음 마련됐다.
국어·수학·영어 3개 교과를 중심으로 도내 중·고등학교 교사 30명이 참여하며, 문항 개발과 채점 기준 설계, 피드백 구성 등을 실습 중심으로 진행한다. 참여 교사들은 앞서 온라인 사전연수와 개별 문항 출제 과정을 거쳤다.
연수 종료 후에는 ‘학생평가 현장지원단’으로 활동하며 평가 혁신을 위한 공유와 확산을 이끌 예정이다.
전북교육청은 이번 연수를 통해 사고력과 표현력을 기르는 미래형 평가 문화가 학교 현장에 정착될 것으로 기대하고 있다.
