전북특별자치도 시장·군수협의회가 3일 ‘12·3 비상계엄 사태’ 1년을 맞아 성명을 발표하고, 민주헌정질서의 완전한 회복과 지역의 새로운 미래 준비를 위해 끝까지 책임을 다하겠다고 밝혔다.
