전북교육청은 직업계고 학생들의 체계적인 취업 준비를 돕기 위해 ‘2025년 직업계고 취업로드맵’을 개발해 도내 학교에 보급했다고 2일 밝혔다.
이번 로드맵은 학생 개개인의 진로 목표와 역량에 맞춰 1학년 진로설정, 2학년 자기계발, 3학년 실전취업 등 단계별 핵심역량을 중심으로 구성됐으며, 총 120개의 맞춤형 프로그램이 포함됐다. 프로그램에는 AI 기반 취업서류 작성, 찾아가는 취업컨설팅, 자격증 취득 지원 등이 담겼다.
