완주군교육통합지원센터(센터장 임성희)는 지난 1일부터 3일까지 특성화고 비교과영역 교육과정을 지원하는 매개자(마을강사) 교육 프로그램을 성공적으로 진행하였다. 이번 프로그램에는 지역 주민, 학부모, 관내 활동 강사 및 교육에 관심 있는 희망자 총 30여명이 참여하였다.
이날 교육은 특성화고 방과후(비교과) 교육과정과 특성화고 학생의 이해를 중심으로 진행되었으며, 교육생들은 의사소통 도구를 활용한 모의운영을 통해 실습을 진행했다. 이는 향후 특성화고 학교 현장에서 필요한 의사소통 및 교육 전략을 준비하는데 중요한 시간을 마련하였다.
첫날 발표를 진행한 수소에너지고 관계자는 "이번 교육에 참여한 매개자(마을강사)들에게 완주군이 보유한 지역 콘텐츠를 연계하여 학생들이 만들어가는 체험/탐방 중심 교육과정을 기획하고 지원하는데 최선을 다할 것"이라고 전했다. 40대 매개자(마을강사)는 "특성화고 학교 현장에서 학생들이 자발적이고 주체적인 프로젝트를 경험할 수 있도록 돕겠다."며 향후 교육과정을 실제 교육 현장에 적용할 계획을 밝혔다.
이번 교육과정은 매개자(마을강사)들이 특성화고 방과후(비교과) 교육과정을 원활히 운영할 수 있도록 중점을 두고 있으며, 교육 후에는 실습을 통해 다양한 교육 현장을 체험하게 된다.
임성희센터장은 "이번 교육을 통해 지역 주민들이 완주군 교육콘텐츠를 기반으로 하는 교육 전문가로 성장할 수 있는 기회를 제공하고, 학교와 지역 간 협력 모델을 더욱 강화해 나갈 것"이라고 덧붙였다.
