남원시는 지난 19일 성년의 날을 맞아 남원향교(전교 김시열)에서 전통 성년례 행사를 개최했다고 밝혔다.
이날 행사에는 남원향교 유림, 남원제일고등학교 학생, 지역 기관·단체장 등 100여 명이 참석했으며, 남학생 20명(관자), 여학생 20명(계자)이 전통한복을 입고 갓과 비녀를 착용한 채 삼가례, 초례, 수훈례, 성년선언 등의 전통 예식을 엄숙하게 치렀다.
