전북현대 U15 유스팀인 동대부속금산중학교(교장 임완진)가 제54회 전국소년체육대회에서 당당히 우승을 차지하며, 한국 중등 축구 최강자 자리에 올랐다.
전북현대U15는 지난 27일경남 김해시민체육공원에서 열린 결승전에서 디펜딩 챔피언 수원삼성U15를 2대1로 꺾고 정상에 올랐다.
이번 대회에서 전북현대U15는 4경기 전승, 총 10득점이라는 인상적인 기록을 남기며 ‘유스 명가’로서의 위상을 재확인했다.
결승전 초반 전북현대U15는 전반 13분 선제골을 허용하며 어려운 경기를 시작했지만, 후반 29분 오태준의 만회골로 균형을 맞췄다. 이후 경기 종료 직전, 박지설의 정확한 크로스를 임지성이 헤더로 마무리하며 극적인 역전승을 완성했다.

Jeonbuk Hyundai U15 defeated defending champions Suwon Samsung U15 2-1 in the final held at the Gyeongnam Gimhae Civic Sports Park on the 27th.
