전주교육대학교(총장 박병춘)는 지난 5일 교육문화관 2층 김서종홀에서 ‘2025 전북특별자치도 늘봄학교 강사연수사업’ 1차년도 성과공유 워크숍을 개최했다. 이번 워크숍에는 강사단, 연수생, 예비교사 등 130여 명이 참석해 1차년도 사업의 성과를 공유하고, 향후 방향에 대해 논의하는 시간을 가졌다.

워크숍은 박병춘 총장의 축사를 시작으로 1부와 2부 세션으로 나뉘어 진행됐다. 1부에서는 사업총괄 최경은 교수의 1차년도 사업 운영 및 성과 발표에 이어, 양내윤 하이소사이어티 인터내셔널 대표의 특강 「유쾌한 소통! 공감 교수법」이 이어졌다.

2부 세션에서는 「AI·SW 심화」, 「춤여행교실」, 「한복문화체험」 강좌에 참여한 연수생들의 생생한 참여 소감 발표가 있었으며, 기초공통과정 및 8개 심화과정 강좌의 우수 운영 사례 발표가 진행되었다. 발표된 분야는 ▲기후·환경 ▲SW·AI 심화 ▲과학실습 ▲춤여행교실 ▲세대를 잇는 우리놀이 ▲통계놀이터 ▲3D펜 창의 메이커 놀이활동 ▲놀이로 만나는 전래동화 등으로, 전북 지역의 교육적 특성과 수요를 반영한 다양한 프로그램이 소개되었다.

박병춘 총장은 축사에서 “전주교대는 100년 이상의 역사를 지닌 초등교사 양성기관으로서, 전통과 에듀테크 기반 교육 콘텐츠 및 인프라를 활용해 융합형 체험 중심 심화 연수 강좌를 개발·운영해 왔다”며 “이번 성과공유 워크숍은 1차년도 성과를 되짚고, 2차년도 사업에 대한 시사점을 도출하는 뜻깊은 자리가 되기를 바란다”고 밝혔다.

연수생 송정옥(Good Boom Schola 대표)은 “문화예술 에듀테크 융합 프로그램을 늘봄학교 철학에 맞춰 재구성하고자 연수에 참여했다”며 “현장 중심의 연수를 통해 아동과 학교 현장에 대한 이해를 높일 수 있었다”고 소감을 전했다.

한복문화교육 강좌에 참여한 이현미(다올 대표)는 “전주한옥마을을 중심으로 한복을 매개로 한 예절과 놀이 체험이 활성화되고 있는 한편, 동북공정 등 외부 도전에 대응하기 위해 올바른 한복 교육의 필요성이 크다”며 “한복교육이 지역의 대표적인 늘봄학교 프로그램으로 자리잡기를 바란다”고 말했다.

이번 사업은 교육부와 한국과학창의재단이 주최하고, 전주교대가 전라·제주권(전북특별자치도) 주관대학으로 참여하여 지난 2월 12일부터 6월 1일까지 총 3차에 걸쳐 기초·공통과정 및 2개 심화과정 등 총 24개 강좌를 운영했다. 약 925명이 신청해 526명이 최종 이수했다.

2025년 7월부터 시작되는 2차년도 연수는 학기 중과 방학, 주중과 주말을 아우르는 다양한 일정으로 운영될 예정이며, 전북특별자치도에 거주하고 대학 졸업(예정)자 중 늘봄학교 강사로 활동을 희망하거나 현재 활동 중인 사람이라면 누구나 참여할 수 있다.

한편, 늘봄학교는 단순한 돌봄·방과후 프로그램이 아닌, 학교와 지역사회의 다양한 교육 자원을 연계한 종합 교육 프로그램으로, 학생의 전인적 성장과 학부모의 부담 경감을 목표로 하고 있다. 늘봄학교 강사연수사업은 2024년 1·2학년 대상 전면 시행에 이어 2026년에는 전 학년으로 확대될 예정이다.

Jeonju National University of Education (President Park Byeong-chun) held the '2025 Jeollabuk-do Nulbom School Instructor Training Program' 1st year achievement sharing workshop at the Kim Seo-jong Hall on the 2nd floor of the Education and Culture Building on the 5th. At this workshop, about 130 instructors, trainees, prospective teachers, and others attended to share the achievements of the 1st year of the program and discuss future directions.

The workshop was divided into two sessions starting with a congratulatory speech by President Park Byeong-chun, followed by sessions 1 and 2. In the first session, Professor Choi Gyeong-eun, the overall coordinator of the program, presented the operation and achievements of the 1st year, followed by a special lecture on "Enjoyable Communication! Empathetic Teaching Methods" by Yang Nae-yun, the representative of High Society International.

In the second session, there were lively testimonials from trainees who participated in courses such as "AI·SW Advanced," "Dance Travel Classroom," and "Hanbok Cultural Experience." Excellent operational cases of basic common courses and 8 advanced courses were also presented. The fields covered in the presentations included climate/environment, SW·AI advanced, science experiments, dance travel classroom, our generational play, statistical playground, 3D pen creative maker activities, and traditional fairy tales through play, introducing various programs reflecting the educational characteristics and demands of Jeollabuk-do.

President Park Byeong-chun expressed in his congratulatory speech, "Jeonju National University of Education, as an institution with a history of over 100 years in training elementary school teachers, has been developing and operating integrated experiential advanced training courses based on tradition and EduTech education content and infrastructure." He added, "I hope this achievement-sharing workshop will be a meaningful opportunity to review the achievements of the 1st year and derive insights for the 2nd year program."

Trainee Song Jeong-ok (representative of Good Boom Schola) shared her thoughts, saying, "I participated in the training to reorganize the cultural arts EduTech integrated program in line with the philosophy of Nulbom School," and added, "Through field-oriented training, I was able to deepen my understanding of children and school environments."

Lee Hyeon-mi (representative of Daol), who participated in the Hanbok cultural education course, emphasized the importance of proper Hanbok education to respond to external challenges such as the Dongbu-gongjeong, saying, "As etiquette and play experiences centered around Hanbok are becoming active in the Jeonju Hanok Village, there is a great need for correct Hanbok education," and expressed her hope that Hanbok education will establish itself as a representative program of Nulbom School.

This program, sponsored by the Ministry of Education and the Korea Foundation for the Advancement of Science & Creativity, was hosted by Jeonju National University of Education as the leading university in the Jeolla-Jeju region (Jeollabuk-do) and operated a total of 24 courses including basic common courses and 2 advanced courses in 3 phases from February 12 to June 1. Approximately 925 people applied, and 526 successfully completed the program.

The 2nd year training program, starting in July 2025, will be operated with various schedules covering academic periods, vacations, weekdays, and weekends. Anyone residing in Jeollabuk-do and wishing to work as an instructor at Nulbom School, whether a university graduate or current practitioner, can participate.

Nulbom School aims to be a comprehensive education program that integrates various educational resources from schools and local communities, focusing on holistic student growth and alleviating parental burdens. The Nulbom School Instructor Training Program, which was fully implemented for 1st and 2nd graders in 2024, is planned to expand to all grades by 2026.
