전주세계소리축제조직위원회(조직위원장 이왕준, 이하 소리축제)는 지난 23일 한국소리문화의전당 국제회의장에서 2025 소리축제 자원활동가‘소리천사’발대식을 성황리에 마무리했다.
올해 선발된 80여 명의‘소리천사’는 소리축제가 원활하게 진행 및 운영될 수 있도록 축제를 돕는 자원활동가로 축제를 성공적으로 함께 이끌어 가는 숨은 주역들이다.
발대식은 김관영 전북특별자치도지사의 환영 영상 메시지를 시작으로 김희선 집행위원장의 축사 및 소리천사 대표자 선서로 이어졌다. 소리천사 전원은 자발적이고 헌신적인 마음으로 축제에 임하겠다는 다짐을 함께 나누며 결의를 다졌다.
이어 실질적인 활동 준비를 위한 전체 교육과 팀별 오리엔테이션도 함께 진행됐다. 축제 프로그램, 티켓 운영, 공연장 위치 등 실무 중심의 공통 교육과 더불어 팀별 역할 이해를 돕는 세부 교육과 조장·부조장 선출, 활동 일정 공유 등도 이뤄졌다. 또한 레크리에이션 형태의 아이스브레이킹 프로그램을 통해 소리천사 간 친밀감을 형성하고 활기찬 분위기를 조성하는 시간도 가졌다.
소리천사들은 오는 30일 전북특별자치도 119안전체험관에서 재난 종합 체험과 응급 처치 등 전문 안전 교육을 이수할 예정이다. 이후 본 축제 개막일 하루 전인 8월 12일부터 17일까지 엿새 동안 축제 현장 곳곳에 배치되어 관람객 안내, 공연장 운영 지원, SNS 홍보 등 다양한 역할을 수행하게 된다.
