완주군교육통합지원센터(임성희세터장)는 지난 23일 완주가족문화교육원 2층 가족홀에서 스포츠영역 마을강사 15명을 대상으로 ‘2025 뉴스포츠지도자 역량강화지원 사업’을 시작했다.
8월부터 9월까지 진행되는 이번 사업은 마을강사의 체육 콘텐츠 이해도와 실행력 향상, 참여자 맞춤형 리듬활동 기획 능력 강화, 그리고 건강한 신체활동을 통한 수업 자신감 증진을 목표로 한다.
주요 프로그램은 ▲리듬감과 신체 협응력 향상(음악과 동작을 결합한 움직임 훈련) ▲연령·수준별 맞춤형 수업 설계 능력 배양 ▲강사의 지도 자신감·표현력 향상 ▲건강한 마을 프로그램 확대 기반 마련 ▲뉴스포츠와 리듬활동을 융합한 창의적 체육활동 운영 역량 강화 등이다.
특히, 강사들이 현장 중심의 체험·실습을 통해 교육 콘텐츠를 설계·구성하고, 다양한 뉴스포츠 기자재와 음악적 요소를 융합한 프로그램을 개발하여 향후 완주 관내 유·초·중·고 학생 대상으로 단계적 확산·운영할 예정이다.
센터는 “이번 사업을 통해 마을강사들이 한층 더 자신감 있고 창의적인 스포츠수업을 운영할 수 있기를 기대한다”고 밝혔다.
한편 뉴스포츠 역량강화지원사업은 완주군 교육발전특구사업으로 운영된다.
