이번 선정의 핵심은 완주장애인합창단 ‘꽃’과 (사)행복드림복지회의 협력 사례다. 행복드림복지회는 2023년 합창단 창단 이후 꾸준히 지원금, 공연 의상, 운영비를 후원하며 장애인 고용과 문화예술 후원을 함께 실천해왔다. 이러한 민간 차원의 지속 가능한 후원 모델이 모범 사례로 평가받았다.
