전주시는 사회보장기금을 활용한 ‘기초학력 학습지원사업’을 통해 전주지역 중학교 2~3학년 80명(완산 43명, 덕진 37명)에게 1인당 20만 원의 학습비를 지원했다고 10일 밝혔다.
