The layout connected to the first-floor reading rest area, creative elements such as a compliment whale mirror and large bear dolls were incorporated, designed based on feedback from students, parents, and teachers.
This month, schools like Jeongeup Nam Elementary School with the 'Gomnuri Library' (Gomgom Reading, Gomdarak Play, Gomjirak Creativity, Gom Book Road Strolling Space), Jeonju Pyeonghwa Elementary School with the 'hhh Library' (Together, Rest, Curiosity Concept), and Jeonju Seongsim Middle School with the 'Starry Library' (Emotional interior and connected to the church landscape) are opening one after another, each reflecting the unique characteristics of the respective schools.
The Education Office stated that once the 28 schools complete their openings in October, they will expand library utilization classes to establish themselves as hubs for creative learning and reading education. The remaining 28 schools are also scheduled to open before the winter break, aiming to achieve the goal of 56 schools by the end of the year.
