전북교육청이 하반기 찾아가는 인성교육 ‘마음별 프로젝트’를 가동해 12월까지 도내 중학교 1학년을 대상으로 뇌과학 기반 4차시 프로그램을 운영한다.
수업은 △멈춤(집중·알아차림) △생각(관찰·객관화) △행동(의식적 선택) △검토(성찰·성장) 순으로, 전두엽·변연계 활동을 활용한 명상형 인성교육을 통해 감정조절 능력을 높이는 데 초점을 맞췄다.
