전북특별자치도립국악원(원장 유영대)은 우리의 전통과 문화를 재조명하는‘전라감영 접빈례’를 11일 전라감영 일대에서 진행한다.
전라감영 접빈례는 1884년 11월 11일, 미국 외교관이 외국인으로는 처음으로 전라감영을 방문하여 남긴 최초 전라도 사진과 기록을 바탕으로 고증, 재현하는 행사로 작년에 이어 두 번째 개최한다.
이날 행사는 접빈행렬과 특별공연으로 진행되며 해설은 조법종 우석대학교 교수가 맡아 접빈례에 대한 이해를 돕는다.
접빈행렬은 (사)전통문화마을의 취타대와 임실필봉농악보존회의 대취타 거리행진이 경기전에서 풍남문을 걸쳐 전라감영까지 이어지며 성대한 행사의 시작을 알린다.
이어 전라감영 내 선화당 앞마당에서 국악원의 특별공연이 이어진다.

The Jeonbuk Special Self-Governing Province National Gugak Center (Director Yoo Young-dae) will hold the 'Jeolla Gamyeong Royal Audience Ceremony' on the 11th in the Jeolla Gamyeong area to reexamine our traditional culture.
The Jeolla Gamyeong Royal Audience Ceremony is based on the first photographs and records of Jeolla Province left by a U.S. diplomat who visited Jeolla Gamyeong for the first time as a foreigner in November 1884, and it is being held for the second time this year following last year's event to authenticate and reproduce the historical event.

The royal procession will start at Gyeonggi-jeon, passing through Pungnam Gate, and continue to Jeolla Gamyeong, announcing the beginning of the grand event with the participation of the Traditional Culture Village's Chwita-da and the Imsil Pilbong Nongak Preservation Association's Dae Chwita.
Following this, a special performance by the National Gugak Center will take place in front of Seonhwadang in Jeolla Gamyeong.
