대한민국 판소리 대명창이자 국가무형유산 국창 안숙선의 예술 인생을 조명한 다큐멘터리 「심어」가 26일 시청자를 찾아간다.
남원시가 후원하고 전주KBS가 제작한 「심어」는 12월 26일(금) 오후 7시 30분 전주KBS를 통해 방송될 예정이다.
전북 남원 출생인 안숙선 국창은 만정제 춘향가 보유자로 ‘영원한 춘향’, ‘우리 시대 최고의 소리꾼’ 등으로 불리며, 유럽 순회공연을 시작으로 미국·캐나다·체코 등 40여 개국 무대에 초청돼 판소리의 매력을 알렸다.
이번 다큐멘터리는 어린 시절부터 명창으로 성장하기까지의 여정을 따라가며 무대 위 소리꾼이자 한 사람으로서의 삶을 밀도 있게 담아냈다. 남원시는 방송을 계기로 안숙선 국창의 60년 예술 여정을 조명하고 판소리 본향 남원의 문화적 위상을 재확인하겠다고 밝혔다. 또한 청소년 국악 인재 발굴과 국악 저변 확대 지원도 이어갈 계획이다.
