완주군교육통합지원센터(센터장 임성희)는 17일 학교-마을강사 인증제 구축 및 실행 고도화 연구의 최종보고회를 열고 완주형 마을강사 인증제 도입을 위한 구체적 실행 모델을 발표했다.
이번 최종보고회는 지난해 진행된 ‘학교-마을강사 인증제 연구용역’의 결과를 기반으로, 완주군 실정에 적합한 인증 기준과 운영체계를 실제로 설계·정교화하기 위한 올해 연구 성과를 공유하는 자리였다.
이날 보고회에는 완주군청과 완주교육지원청 관계자, 마을강사, 지역 교육 공동체 구성원 등 20여 명이 참석해 완주형 인증제의 방향성과 도입 방안을 공유했다.
이번 연구는 홍수진 교수(우석대학교, 연구책임자)가 중심이 되어 추진되었으며, ▲학교-마을강사 인증 기준 및 절차 구체화, ▲전문성 심화 교육 과정 체계화, ▲지역 기반 교육 콘텐츠와의 연계성 강화, ▲디지털 배지 기반 인증 관리 모델 고도화 등 완주형 인증제를 실제 현장에 적용하기 위한 실천적 과제들을 제시했다.
보고회에 참여한 한 마을강사는 “작년 연구가 완주형 인증제의 필요성을 보여주었다면, 올해 연구는 우리가 현장에서 어떻게 전문성을 갖추어갈지 실제적인 방향을 제시해 주었다”고 말했다.
완주군 관계자는 “완주형 학교-마을강사 인증제는 지역의 교육수요를 반영해 마을강사의 전문성을 높이는 중요한 제도”라며 “이번 연구는 완주군이 독자적 모델을 구축하는 데 실질적인 기반을 마련했다”고 평가했다.
완주교육지원청 관계자 또한 “장애인식교육, 안전·예방교육 등 학교 필수 교육과정과 마을자원을 효과적으로 연결할 수 있도록 인증제가 체계적으로 운영되기를 바란다”고 전했다.
완주군교육통합지원센터는 이번 연구결과를 바탕으로, 인증제가 강사를 구별하거나 서열화하는 제도가 아니라 오랜 시간 학교와 마을에서 쌓아온 강사들의 경험과 활동 이력을 전문성으로 확장하는 체계임을 분명히 하며, 강사 고유의 포트폴리오와 현장 경험이 온전히 드러나는 인증제를 구축해 2026년부터 단계적 시범 적용을 준비할 계획이다. 앞으로도 지역과 학교가 함께 성장하는 완주형 교육생태계 조성을 위해 지속적으로 지원을 이어갈 예정이다.
