전북현대가 팬들의 편의성을 강화하고 관람 환경을 개선하기 위한 2026시즌 ‘티켓 운영 정책(K리그 시즌티켓, 홈 경기 입장권 등)’을 발표했다.

전북현대는 팬들이 좌석 위치와 성격을 더욱 쉽게 이해할 수 있도록 좌석 명칭을 개편한다.

기존의 복잡했던 명칭 대신 ‘E 일반’, ‘W 밸류’, ‘H 벤치’ 등 동·서·남·북(E/W/S/N) 방향과 구역의 특징(Home/Away)을 조합한 직관적인 명칭을 사용한다.

예매 방식은 따른 3단계 가격 차등 정책을 도입한다.

구단 앱 및 웹(APP/WEB)을 통한 회원 예매가 기준이 되며 티켓링크 일반 예매, 현장 구매 순서로 단계마다 3,000원씩 가격 차이가 발생한다.

특히 원정 팬들도 구단 회원 가입(무료) 시 동일한 회원 예매 혜택을 받을 수 있도록 하여 형평성을 높였다.

매 경기 예매 시 발생하는 트래픽 집중과 시스템 리스크를 줄이기 위해 예매 일정을 조정한다.

경기 5일 전 회원 예매, 4일 전 일반 예매 순으로 진행해 보다 안정적인 예매 환경을 구축할 계획이며 AFC 주관 대회(ACL 엘리트, TWO) 및 코리아컵 등 일부 경기는 ‘K리그 시즌티켓’ 보유자에게는 6일 전 선예매 혜택이 주어진다.

단체 예매는 특성을 고려해 구단 홈페이지 내 ‘단체 예매’ 페이지를 개설해 연간 예매 일정을 게시할 예정이다.

프리미엄 좌석에 대한 수요 증가에 발맞춰 서측 2층의 시야 제한 좌석을 리뉴얼한 ‘W 테이블석(총 168석)’을 신설 운영한다.

최상위 프리미엄 관람 공간인 스카이박스는 팬들의 니즈를 반영해 온라인 예매 시스템을 도입했으며 경기 7일 전 구단 공식 채널을 통해 편리하게 예약할 수 있다.

또한 최대 이용 인원을 기존 12명에서 15명으로 확대하고 내부 리뉴얼을 통해 관람 분위기까지 향상시킬 계획이다.

티켓 정책 확정과 함께 2026시즌 K리그1 모든 홈 경기를 관람할 수 있는 ‘2026 K리그 시즌티켓’의 판매 일정도 공개했다.

판매 일정은 1차로 2025 시즌티켓 구매자를 대상으로 1월 6일(화) ~7일(수) 동안 우선 판매되며 전체 대상으로 하는 2차 판매는 1월 8일(목)~9일(금)까지다.

‘2026 시즌티켓’과 ‘홈 경기 입장권’의 가격은 홈페이지와 구단 소셜미디어 채널을 통해 상세한 내용을 확인할 수 있다.

전북현대는 "팬들의 피드백을 적극 수렴해 예매 과정의 혼란을 줄이고, 보다 쾌적한 경기 관람 문화를 만들기 위해 이번 정책을 준비했다"며 "새 시즌에도 전주성에서 팬들과 함께 승리의 함성을 외칠 수 있기를 기대한다"고 전했다.

Jeonbuk Hyundai is redesigning seat names to make it easier for fans to understand seat locations and characteristics. Instead of the previous complex names, intuitive names combining directions (E/W/S/N) and areas' features (Home/Away) like 'E General', 'W Value', 'H Bench' will be used.

A three-tier pricing differential policy will be introduced for ticket reservations. Member reservations through the club app and website (APP/WEB) will be the standard, with a price difference of 3,000 won for each step in the order of Ticketlink general reservations and on-site purchases.

In particular, away fans will also receive the same member reservation benefits upon club membership (free) to increase fairness. The reservation schedule will be adjusted to reduce traffic congestion and system risks occurring during each game reservation.

Member reservations will be made five days before the game, followed by general reservations four days before, to establish a more stable reservation environment. For some games like AFC-hosted tournaments (ACL Elite, TWO) and the Korea Cup, 'K League season ticket' holders will receive pre-booking benefits six days in advance.

Group reservations will consider the characteristics and will open a 'Group Reservations' page within the club's website to publish the annual reservation schedule.

To meet the increasing demand for premium seats, a new 'W Table Seats (total 168 seats)' will be operated by renewing the obstructed view seats on the west side of the second floor.

The premium viewing space, Skybox, has introduced an online reservation system reflecting fans' needs, allowing convenient booking through the club's official channel seven days before the game. Additionally, the maximum capacity will be expanded from 12 to 15 people, and through internal renewal, the viewing atmosphere will be enhanced.

Along with the ticket policy confirmation, the sales schedule for the '2026 K League Season Ticket,' which allows attendance at all home games of the K League 1 in the 2026 season, has been announced.

The sales schedule targets the 2025 season ticket buyers in the first phase from January 6 (Tue) to 7 (Wed), and the second phase for all targets will be from January 8 (Thu) to 9 (Fri).

Jeonbuk Hyundai stated, "We have prepared this policy to reduce confusion in the reservation process and create a more pleasant game viewing culture by actively listening to fans' feedback," and expressed hope that they can shout for victory together with the fans at Jeonju World Cup Stadium in the new season.
